Sam has been in the insurance industry for more than four years after getting his start through a friend who introduced him to the business. As Office Manager at Langford Insurance, he helps keep the office running smoothly while making sure customers get the help and answers they need.
His favorite part of working with customers is finding a resolution that leaves them better off than when they first reached out. Sam also believes insurance isn't always as cut-and-dry as it may seem. There's much more behind a policy than the cost of a vehicle—it's about the people involved and helping them get back to where they were when the unexpected happens.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with his wife, daughter and son, and occasionally attempting to improve his golf game. He's also lived in eight different states, so traveling and experiencing new places comes naturally.
Around the office, Sam is known for one thing you can set your watch by: lunch at 11:00 a.m. sharp. And while you won't find him joining the office coffee run, a glass of orange juice will do just fine.
When he's not working or traveling, you'll likely find him spending time with his family, on the golf course, or listening to Forrest Frank.

Jessica has been in the insurance industry since 2014. She began her career working with health plans before expanding her experience into other areas of insurance. Along the way, she discovered a love for Property & Casualty insurance and has been helping customers understand their coverage ever since.
At Langford Insurance, Jessica focuses on customer service and retention. One of her favorite parts of the job is education. She enjoys helping customers better understand their policies, the importance of proper coverage, and what their coverage means for them.
Outside of work, Jessica is all about making memories with family and friends. She loves camping, cookouts, family activities, traveling, crafting, and just about anything that brings everyone together. But give her a completely obligation-free Saturday and the plans get much simpler: you'll probably find her curled up on the couch, snuggling with her dog and watching a good rom-com.
Her coworkers might describe her as loud, happy and bubbly—and she'd probably agree. Her playlist is mostly country with a little rock and roll sprinkled in, and she has a couple of favorite sayings that fit her outlook on life: “Suck it up, Buttercup” and Dolly Parton's reminder that if you want to see the rainbow, you've got to put up with a little rain.
Whether she's helping a customer better understand their coverage or enjoying time with the people she loves, Jessica brings plenty of energy, personality and positivity along with her.

Alex has been in insurance for about a year and a half and has continued expanding her knowledge of the industry since becoming licensed. Working remotely, she helps keep Langford Insurance connected with both current and prospective customers by following up with leads, scheduling policy reviews and appointments, and helping people get connected with the right member of the team.
Her favorite part of the job is making insurance feel a little less overwhelming. Whether she's helping someone take the next step or simply pointing them in the right direction, Alex enjoys making the process easier. She also likes reminding customers that even small changes in life can make a big difference in the coverage they need.
Outside of work, life stays plenty busy. Alex and her husband, an active-duty Marine, have spent nearly 14 years navigating military life together while raising their two kids. When she's not taking the kids to their various activities, you'll probably find her piddling in the garden, caring for the family's dairy goats and chickens, or settling in with a good book.
Her motto, “Bloom where you are planted,” seems especially fitting after years of military life. And wherever she's planted, there's a good chance you'll find her with an iced coffee with oat milk and a shot of coconut in hand—no matter the season—and a true-crime podcast somewhere in the queue.
